Arrival, Parking & EV Charging
Please drive directly to the hotel entrance upon arrival.
During the months of July and August, traffic restrictions apply within the historic town walls of Glurns. As a hotel guest, you are naturally exempt from these restrictions. We kindly ask you to keep your booking confirmation readily available in case of a traffic inspection.
We offer our guests the following parking options:
- Complimentary car parking (1 free parking space per room)
- Complimentary covered motorcycle parking in the hotel's inner courtyard
- Reserved parking spaces in the hotel's inner courtyard for 9.- per night
- Private garages with a 220V Schuko power outlet for 16.- per 24 hours (electricity consumption included)
In addition, two fast-charging stations operated by the local energy provider Vion are located just a short walk to the hotel.
Our hotel is also easily accessible by public transport. In addition to the local bus services, the Swiss PostBus stops right next to the hotel.

Bicycles
You can store your bicycles in our secured and video-monitored bikeroom, which is accessible from 6:30 am to 9 pm for our hotel guests with a room card. Bringing bicycles to the rooms is not allowed. In our E-Bike rental we offer various types of electric bikes. Further Information.

Bookable Meal Options

• Overnight stay without meals
  No meals are included in this rate.
• Overnight stay with breakfast
  The breakfast buffet is included in this rate.
• Half board
  The “Half Board” rate includes both the breakfast buffet and a four-course dinner. You can change your booking to half board until the day before arrival. Our service team serves the half board dinner starting at 7:00 PM on the first floor. Please arrive in the dining room no later than 8:30 PM.

Additional Bookings
If your booked rate does not include breakfast or dinner, you can book these options separately:

• Breakfast
  Booking by 7:00 PM the day before. Price: €15 per person.
  Child discounts for breakfast:
  - Ages 0–2: 100% discount
  - Ages 3–9: 50% discount
  - Ages 10–13: 30% discount
• Half board dinner
  Booking by 10:00 AM on the same day at the latest, depending on table availability. Price:
  - €36 per person for hotel guests
  - €43 per person for non-hotel guests

Cancellations

• Breakfast
  Cancellation possible until 7:00 PM the day before; a credit of €8 will be granted (for children according to the discount).
• Half board dinner
  Cancellation possible until 10:00 AM on the same day. A credit of €10 per menu will be granted.

Further Information

• If meals included in the booking are not used and no timely cancellation has been made, no credit can be granted.
• For bookings paid in full in advance – for example through online travel agencies – refunds for meals not taken are not available.
• It is not permitted to take food or drinks from the breakfast room.
• No registration is required for meals already included in your rate.

Cancellation policies
You can find our rates and availability with the cancellation policies on our online reservation system. Your personal area on our online booking system offers you the option to cancel your booking.

Check in - Check out
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 2 p.m.. Check in is possible until 9 p.m.. If you arrive by car, please drive to the enterence area of the hotel. Your booking was made on our online booking system You can check in comfortably online. Otherwise please have the passports of all participants, including children, ready for check-in. We request that the rooms be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Dogs
You can bring your dog with you. We charge € 12.- per night for special cleaning of the room. Dog food is not included. You can also bring your dog with you for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room with the breakfast buffet and the wellness area.

Parking
We offer the following options:
- free car parking spaces (one for room)
- free, covered motorcycle parking spaces in our backyard
- reserved car parking spaces in the backyard for Euro 9.- for night
- car garage space with 220V Schuko-plug-socket for € 16.-, per 24 hours (power consumption included in the price)

Payment
The hotel bill has to be cleared in the hotel at check-out at the latest. We accept cash payments, bank card, EC card, Mastercard, Maestro, V-Pay, Girocard, VISA and real time bank transfer. Please note that due to legal constraints the limit for cash payments by citizens of the European Union is 4.999 Euro for person.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the building. This includes the bedrooms. You can smoke on the balconies or on the roof terrace.

Spa area
The access to our spa area is included in your room rate. The area is located on the 4th and 5th floor of Belvenu Boutiquehotel. For the duration of your stay we provide you a bathrobe, a large bath towel and flipflops.

Wifi
We offer free WIFI (Belvenu WIFI) for our hotel guests in the entire building.
