Bicycles
You can store your bicycles in our secured and video-monitored bikeroom. Bringing bicycles to the rooms is not allowed. In our E-Bike rental we offer various types of electric bikes. Further Information.

Breakfast buffet and dinner in our Restaurant Gruener Baum
The Rate Overnight does not include any meals. Breakfast buffet is included in the rates bed and breakfast and half board. The half board rate includes also our foure-course dinner.
Our breakfast buffet is available from 7:30 to 10:00 a.m.. In the months from May to September the breakfast buffet is available from 7 a.m.. It is not allowed to take food from a hotel's breakfast buffet to eat later.
We serve dinner starting at 6:30 p.m., the latest time to start dinner is 8:30 p.m.
You can add breakfast until 7 p.m. of the day before, for Euro 13.- for person. if your rate does not include them. Child reductions for breakfast: 0-2 years 100%, 3-9 years 50% and 10-13 years 30%. Your can add dinner until 10 a.m. on the respective day, for Euro 32.- for hotel guest and Euro 39.- for non hotel guest. Please note that dinner will not be refunded if you do not show up without cancellation.
Breakfast can be cancelled until the day before, Euro 8.- for adult will be refounded (child reductions will be applied). You can cancel dinner until 10 p.m. of the respective day, we accredit you Euro 10.- for person. Please note that the meals will not be refunded if you do not show up without cancellation.

Cancellation policies
You can find our rates and availability with the cancellation policies on our online reservation system. Your personal area on our online booking system offers you the option to cancel your booking.

Car
We offer one free parking bay per room for our guests or a parking spot with 220V Schuko-plug-socket in the underground car park for € 15.-, per 24 hours (reservation possible, power consumption included in the price).

Check in - Check out
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 2 p.m.. Check in is possible until 9 p.m.. If you arrive by car, please drive to the enterence area of the hotel. Your booking was made on our online booking system? You can check in comfortably online. Otherwise please have the passports of all participants, including children, ready for check-in. We request that the rooms be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Dogs
You can bring your dog with you. We charge € 9.- per night for special cleaning of the room. Dog food is not included. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the house library or the dining rooms. Dogs are allowed in our public á-la-carte restaurant on the ground floor (open from Easter to the end of October).

Internet access
We offer free WIFI for our hotel guests in all rooms and the entire building.

Payment options
The hotel bill has to be cleared in the hotel at check-out at the latest. We accept cash payments, bank card, EC card, Mastercard, Maestro and VISA. Please note that due to legal constraints the limit for cash payments by citizens of the European Union is 1.999 Euro for person and 999 Euro for person starting with January 1st 2023.

Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the building. This includes the bedrooms. You can smoke on the balconies or on the roof terrace.

Spa area
The access to our spa area is included in your room rate. The area is located on the 4th and 5th floor of Belvenu Boutiquehotel. The spa area is open every day from 3:30 until 8 p.m.. In the months of June, July and August the area is open until 8:30 p.m.. For the duration of your stay we provide you a bathrobe, a large bath towel and flipflops.

VenostaCard
The VenostaCard allows the holder free access to the Venosta Valley Train as well as all public transport throughout the South Tyrol region. The VenostaCard grants the holder exclusive access to auxiliary services at selected locations, including museums, castles, etc., across the entire Venosta Valley. The card is included in the room rate.
