Bicycles
We offer our guests a closed and video-monitored bicycle room. You are welcome to store your bicycles here. With your key card you have access between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m.. It is not allowed to take the bikes to the hotel room. We offer e-bikes for rent to our guests. More info.

Check-Out
Our reception opens in the morning at 8 a.m.. If you wish to leave before 8 a.m., you can pay the room bill no later than the evening before. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 am at the latest.
Damages
Please report any damage immediately to the reception. The guest is liable for the damage caused by him.

Feedback
Your satisfaction is our claim! Please let us know during your stay if your expectations have not been met. This is the only way we can react to the situation for you. Our reception staff will be happy to receive your personal feedback.
Heating
The heating can be regulated on the switch at the entrance. The display shows the current room temperature. After pressing the + (increase temperature) or - (decrease temperature) keys, the display briefly shows the set target temperature. If a window is open or tilted, the heating will automatically switch off after 15 minutes. After all windows are closed again, the heating switches on again.
Key cards
Please return your key cards to the reception before departure. For not returned key cards we charge Euro 2,50.
Laundry
In the bicycle room there is a washing and drying machine available for a fee. The price is Euro 5.- per washing or drying cycle. Your room card grants you access from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m..

Let us spoil you in our restaurant in a unique ambience. Our kitchen team conjures up exquisite dishes from fresh and regional ingredients. You can make your table reservation comfortably at the reception (Tel. 100).

Safe
Please keep all your valuables in your room safe. In case of loss or theft, any liability on the part of the hotel is excluded. We would also like to ask you to leave the safe open upon your departure. In case of technical difficulties, our reception staff (tel. 100) will be happy to help you.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the entire building, including the guest rooms. However, smoking is allowed on our balconies and roof terrace.
Spa area
The entrance to our wellness area on the fourth and fifth floor is free of charge. Prepared in your closet in the room, you will find bathrobes, towels and sandals, which are at your disposal for the duration of your stay in the hotel. If you wish to change your bathrobe (Euro 5.-/piece) and/or sandals (Euro 2.-/piece), please inform our reception (Tel. 100). If you wish a change of bath towel, please leave it on the floor in your room. Opening hours.
Sun creams and other oils
Please avoid sun creams or other fatty oils and creams getting onto the wooden floor and furniture. These can permanently damage the wood.
Towels
Decide yourself about the towel change in your room. If you want a fresh towel, do not hang up the used towel.
Wifi
We offer you free internet access in the whole hotel via our wifi Belvenu WIFI. Our Internet access is also available free of charge in the entire Gruener Baum (Gruener Baum WIFI).
